“I ordered three pairs of these pants in size 32 (all different colors). Two of the pairs were quite snug - probably cut to a 30-31, and the other pair was baggy in the waist - maybe cut to 34. The material feels like a soft neoprene, and the legs hug pretty close. I wasn't particularly happy with the purchase, so I sent them all back.”
