“simple and versatile”

“This jacket is great. It just runs about a size small (I would normally be swimming in a large). It has a velvety lining around the neck that protects your chin, and it looks fairly elegant; some down jackets turn you into a marshmallow, but this one is pretty trim. I hike a lot, and when I get hot it breathes well so I don't feel sweat-drenched. At the same time, it's impressively warm. It's also somewhat water-resistant, at least in snow - either that or it dries out really fast. I considered getting a second one as a backup... but my size is gone.”
