I'm usually a size 8.5D, but this shoe in a size 42 (size 8.3) fit me just fine in length and width.

These are comfortable. A little heavy, but fine for a more casual shoe. Recessed cleat is great for running errands. Not the best winter shoe, not waterproof at all, They will probably be great and breathable for when the weather warms up.

  • 2.0 out of 5 stars. Run extremely narrow

The women's Shimano shoes I have which are similar to these were very narrow for my foot so on extended mountain bike rides my feet would be killing me. I was excited to see the equivalent in Men's here because by the photos they looked wider and I was under the impression they would be. I swear they are more narrow than my women's and sadly they have to go back my feet hurt from the minute they were tried on. Too bad they are well made shoes I just won't do Shimano shoes anymore, they seem to all be too narrow for a wider foot.

Great buy for the price I wear a 9.5 and they fit true to size. Only done one ride but they felt great no hot spots and a nice stiff sole!

About Shimano

After half a century in the business, Shimano has become a household name in cycling components, apparel and footwear. Of course, this now legendary brand didn’t start off on top. Shimano started small by creating a three-speed hub and showing it to bicycle manufacturers at the New York Toy Show in 1961. Eventually, over the next few decades, thanks to a constant drive for innovation, Shimano components became some of the most trusted in the industry. Today, Shimano pedals and Shimano cycling shoes are chosen by the world’s most elite athletes. Ride Shimano, and you’ll be riding with one of the best.
