I use this product in my work boots. They fit very well and I do not notice them in my shoe. Very comfortable to wear.

I put these in my Vasque Sundowners ... all leather hiking boots. The last pair of inserts fit too tight. These were better.

I use these in all my athletic shoes and am seriously considering using them instead of custom orthotics in my ski boots. The unique thing is the metatarsal arch support - every other orthotic lacks this and it makes a huge difference.

Given STP's discounts, these are a great deal and definitely help my 8 narrow female feet. Just enough arch support, thin enough to fit inside many shoes without taking out the insole. The blue ones (baseball) and the green ones (football) are the same.
