    I bought these to go inside a pair of very cheap (but very cute) women's cowboy boots that had no arch support whatsoever. The boots have a 1.5 inch heel. After a bit of trimming that including cutting triangles into the heel cup (which was too wide for a woman's shoe), the insole fits like a dream and they're now incredibly supportive and comfy.
