I got these a bit bigger than necessary, but they are easy to get into and out of all my shoes. I have a sensitive heel and rely on these all the time.

Fits perfectly in all of my running shoes. Adds just the right amount to keep my ankle bone from rubbing on the shoe side, PLUS great cushioning and wicks well.

Prescription orthotics have been a life saver for me but constantly removing/inserting them is a hassle. I have several pairs of the 3/4 length Shock Doctor insoles. They provide adequate heel and arch support in most nonathletic footwear (shoes, heels, boots) that I do not wear every day but still need support when worn. You do have to work with them to ensure the fit is right, but the difference is noticeable and worth it.

I put these in my tall English riding boots which have no room in the toe area for an insert. I had previously tried a rubbery one from the drugstore, but those were heavy and weighted down my heel when riding. This one is great!

Just makes all shoes more comfortable.

I needed a supportive nisole for my dress and casual shoes and this one has worked well. Others took up too much space inside the shoe, but htis one is just right.

These insoles fit like a glove right away. They fit down into the shoes well and stayed put. Just the right amount of arch support, combined with relief for my heels, allowed me to forget about my feet for the first time in days.
