    I have high arches, this insole would provide good support for medium to high arches. Can be worn in business or casual shoes, as well as walking and running shoes. Good quality materials, feel like they will last, am ordering a couple more pairs.

    Very comfortable and good arch support. They run true to size and can be trimmed to fit. I have used this pair for 3 weeks and am ordering more. I am between sizes, so this time, I will order the larger size and trim them. Very good insoles at a great price.

    Nice sturdy insole. Too wide in areas that can't be trimmed for someone with a narrow foot. Like most all heel cup/arch support insoles these raise your heel position above the shoes natural heel pocket making for a bit more slip in the heel than normal. But they are much better than any sporting store insole you can find for arch correction and stability.
