    I am glad i bought this at a reduced price, it certainly isn't worth its RRP. If you wear shoes/sneakers that are reasonably snug then these arch's make the shoes too tight. A bit stiff and not as soft as i had hoped they would be. I found that the disks didn't do too much to alter the arch level of height and comfort because the arch's are so stiff doesn't really allow for much movement and flexibility
