    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    I kept one pair of these just for the heck of it, I don;t know what shoes I will put them in, since they are a little higher than any other insole I have, and so make the shoes fit differently. The one thing that is bad is the heel area is so narrow, my heel hurts as soon as I wear them. it is so strange. I don't know that I've ever seen heels that are like 2" wide. Maybe it will get better with use and I can mash it down.

    I have about 10 pair like these. Obviously I love them. I have a small, narrow foot and they make almost every shoe I wear fit & feel better. They add a sturdy layer that compensates for the many shoes with to-thin soles and inadequate footbeds that come with most shoes.
