By Fritz from Trenton, NJ on 10/13/2009 Pros: Dries Easily, Good Grip, Lightweight Best Uses: Fly Fishing, Freshwater Fishing Describe Yourself: Casual Fisher Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I like the large pull on loop at back of boot and it laces up easily, and they are comfortable. The felt soles worked well on slippery rocks in the Ausable River NY.
Great choice for the money By C-town Kid from Edgmont, PA on 10/05/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Dries Easily, Durable, Lightweight Best Uses: Fly Fishing, Freshwater Fishing Describe Yourself: Avid Fisher Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Got these for my 10 year old daughter, who is just learning to fly fish. She is a size 8.5 in a woman's shoe and still growing so I got the men's 8. It is a good fit with some room to grow. Being new to waders and such, her biggest issue is comfort, and these wading boots fit the bill nicely on that point. Rather lightweight too. Time will tell on durability, but they appear to be well-made. And you can't beat the price.
By bird from Thompson Falls, MT on 09/24/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Good Grip, Lightweight, Soft flexible shell Describe Yourself: Avid Fisher Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This boot has been excellent so far. It fits well and is very flexible/comfortable. I like the fact that the felt is double stitched on the bottom. I have only owned them about two weeks and have worn them 6 times, so I don't know about their longevity yet. However, at around [$] they are worth it even if they only last 4-5 months.
