In these boots, I ordered a size 8 1/2 and wish I had ordered a size 9. And I never in my life have worn a size 9. I ordered them because of their price on sale, but the original retail price is way too high for them. The plus to them is that the sole will be good for wintertime, for walking on slippery surfaces. I'm keeping them because of the cost and inconvenience of returning them, but I hope my observation helps other purchasers regarding the advisability of buying these boots and appropriate sizing.
