Teva Too Mush take care of problem 2, but I don't think they sell them any more. That all being said, I don't buy any other slippers

(It rubs against your heel)

People with high arches (like me) will have to really wiggle their feet under the straps. But once their strapped onto your feet, you'll forget about anything else around you.
