By Farm Lover from KY on 10/14/2009 Cons: Difficult Entry & Exit Best Uses: Cold Weather, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Read other reviews before ordering -- ordered 1/2 size larger to allow for heavier socks. Even with thin socks I could barely get foot in. Inside lining gives when putting foot in/out which makes for extra difficulty. Overall very dissatisfied with a product made by Columbia.
Not for me, but still nice boots. By Kiwi Tones from Denver CO on 10/12/2009 Pros: Lightweight, Stylish, Warm Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These boots are nice...don't get me wrong. They were a little hard to get on and off, but definately not impossible. I found them a little flat footed...they didn't really mold to my foot, and I really want comfort with my shoes.
I just moved to Denver and am looking for warm boots. I ordered these, but realized that I really need longer boots that will provide more coverage and warmth. The problem is that I am vegetarian and will not wear leather or fur, so am limited in warm winter footwear. Oh well, I'll keep looking.
