Very cormfortable for everyday around the house but not enough support for heavy walking. Size is true: an 8 is great for me as I ususally wear 8 1/2. Will definately buy in more colors.

The extra strap adds more stability than other styles of thong sandals. I buy a new pair of these every time I see them on sale. I've given them as gifts to friends and relatives and now they are fans too. These sandals wash well and get some shape back with a little time in the dryer (The footbed flattens a small amount with frequent use). My only disclaimer is that I have narrow feet and can't comment on how comfortable they would be for someone with wider feet.
