Sierra Designs 0°F Huron Sleeping Bag - 600 Fill Power Down, Long Mummy

I used this bag for 5 months straight this summer in Alaska and it treated me well. It is roomy in the hips and shoulders. The only downside was the constant fluff that came out of the seems on a daily basis. I worried that it would lose some warmth, but seemed to hold up. Just had to shake out my tent of all the loose feathers.

Overall, a good bag. I was hoping for a bit more room, but i am a pretty big guy. It seems like it takes longer to get everything zipped up and in place than other sleeping bags, but it is very warm. I haven't had a chance to go out in very cold weather, but i was roasting in 30 degree weather, and have confidence it will do the job.

Just did not measure up. Found others on market that had 20% more down fill and compression sack for the same price.

Fantastic bag, especially for the price. I was the warmest I've ever been in very cold nighttime temps. The cut felt great too overall--just enough room for a 6'3" 220 pounder.

Used it in Central Oregon this past weekend (May) where the evening temps can get quite low still at this time of year. I was downright toasty and unzipped the bag all the way down and slept fine all night like that. I have not had the pleasure of using it below freezing yet but I think it will be fine. It is a really comfortable bag and not restrictive at all when zipped up. I like to spread out as a sleeper and hate sleeping bags for the most part, but I got along fine with this one. I would buy it again and am thinking of getting a Sierra Designs 35 Degree bag.

I recently moved to MT and new I needed a warmer bag and this has worked out great. I've stayed plenty warm even in winter conditions in Glacier!
