Excellent quality bag/delivers as advertised. Have used it in low 20's and it performed well. You must use down bags with adequate under bag insulation.( due to compression of the insulating loft on the bottom side) The Therma rest Neo Air Xlite or Big Agnus Q core inflated pads are good companions for such a bag. Great value for a bag! I am a down person versus synthetic. Down is king. You will never regret paying the small extra cost. If you take care of the bag, do not leave it compressed for storage. They will last indefinately. The bag zips only part way, so for very warm conditions, this may prove too much. I bought the bag for high elevation hunting and it is not used for warm summer trips. I have a lighter down bag that completely unzips for warmer usage. I am 6-3"/200lbs. so the Long is just right. It is slightly tight in the shoulder area; just slightly. There is not perfect anything, but this is darn close for my purposes.
