Reviewed by Jason M from TN on Monday, July 8, 2013I was hoping this would compress down pretty small. You would probably have to go with a down bag to get it to stuff smaller.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by 1LYNWOOD from DANVILLE,VA. on Monday, February 11, 2013I PURCHASED TWO OF THESE BAGS TO BE USED ON MY SAILBOAT IN A MARINE ENVIRONMENT. THE SYNTHETIC FILL DOES NOT ABSORD MOISTURE AND THE WARMTH RATING IS PERFECT FOR USE IN A PROTECTED BOAT CABIN.
THE LENGTH IS PERFECT FOR 6 FOOTERS, HOWEVER AS WITH MOST MUMMY TYPE BAGS THE GIRTH IS SNUG. NOT A FAULT OF THE BAG, JUST A COMMENT. I NEEDED TO HAVE A SMALL FOOT PRINT FOR STORAGE ON THE BOAT, SO I GAVE UP THE LUXURY OF THE RECTANGULAR STYLE FOR THIS.
I SEEM TO HAVE DIFFICULTY GETTING THE ZIPPER TO OPEN EASILY WHEN EXITING THE BAG. I AM NOT SURE WHAT THE PROBLEM IS , BECAUSE THE CLAIM OF THE MANUFACTURER, IS THAT THE ZIPPER HAS A FEATURE THAT ELIMINATES THIS PROBLEM.
Answer These are closeouts from 2011.
Answer The stuffed size of the bag is 18x8". A 16 liter (19x8") compression sack will be your best bet.
