“Small is not that small”

“Other reviews claimed that it runs small. I'd argue the opposite. The small fits pretty well - about as well as any other rain jacket (seriously, why do all rain jackets have such puffy sleeves?) but I ordered this hoping it would fit better than other rain jackets. For the price it's still a good buy and isn't a bad fit, just isn't a great fit. I'm 5'8" 140 and the sleeves are too long and there's too much room in the torso area. Shoulder fit is good though.”
