Sierra Designs Elevation Pants - Waterproof (For Men)

Fairly breathable, Waterproof

Cons:

Poor Sizing

No, I would not recommend this to a friend

“The inseam is too short for the waist size and the crotch feels very tight. Repel water fairly well for the price but not overly breathable.”
