    I put this fleece jacket through the ringer when I was in Northern Italy/Switzerland this winter. Back-to-back 10-12 hour days of travel and walking. Somedays it was a layer, other days it was the only thing I really needed. It really held up. It's not as lush with repeated washings (bad, on-the-road kind of washing with no softner) and it did start to bead up a little where the backpack rubbed against the fleece over and over again. I DID BUY A SECOND ONE THOUGH! It is really versatile and I've even used it as an extra layer when snowboarding. It looks good and feels great.
