Verified Buyer Reviewed by Outdoor man from NC on Saturday, January 17, 2015Haven't had a chance to use the pack since I recieved it but I think it will be a great overnight /two night pack if you pack light and I have two small kids so it will be a great day pack with them.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Clara from Minnesota on Wednesday, January 14, 2015Great pack in value for the price. Super comfortable backing, and extremely light weight. Perfect size to fit stuff in for an overnight-a few days on the trail. A bit smaller than expected.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Vladimir alpinist from Indianapolis IN on Friday, September 12, 2014The second I bought .Used the first one in Colorado for day trips. Light and ergonomic. Every detail is perfect made. No sweat on the back after ours of hiking. Nice design and reliable materials .
Verified Buyer Reviewed by billwill.julz from Tennessee on Thursday, August 21, 2014Its one of those packs that don't slouch when they are empty but the brace does not make it heavy. It is one of the lightest packs I've tried. I prefer not having a lid flap like most packs because when they are not overstuffed it just flaps around and usually there is not a way to cinch them down any more. Mine is an updated pack from the pictures. Inside the lid is a mesh pocket with a vertical zipper on one side. I keep small lightweight items in here. The side pocket is misleading. It is very deep! Big enough for 1 liter bottles. Again, mine just look a little different. I am getting away from Camelbak systems so I have not tried the bladder stabilization feature. I instead use the bladder pocket as an organizational pocket in the main compartment. It is so comfortable! You will not notice it is there. The waist strap is very comfortable and those pockets are used waay more than I thought. I wish the straps were tuckable for travel on a plane, etc. but I can wrap them around the pack and buckle them like that. I don't consider this a small pack. I can take a 3 day camping trip in a pack like this or a week long vacation but I travel and hike as light as possible. I think the maximum comfortable weight in this pack is 30 lbs.
