    Me : 5' 9" 165#'s = Large fit correctly. For cycling and around town, I was looking for a winter coat that weighed next to nothing and could stuff into my pack without a lot of fuss. This is it. Very warm for its weight and breathable enough to adjust to rapidly changing conditions ( Inside to outside/ Stop and go). Makes a great final layer on below freezing days for whatever purpose and adequate by itself for casual wear in the 40's. If you need a jacket for moving around in , it will be fine. If you need a coat for standing motionless in the bitter cold...not for you. The cut is a bit full in the midsection. Not the most flattering to ones form but will accommodate most anything beneath it and Slips under other coats nicely as well. Some folks complained about the shortness of the jacket, it fall just below my true waist, which is my preference. Packs down into itself which makes a useful little pillow.

    Yep, it's cut short. I am 5'7" and it's short on me. Otherwise, it's nicely made piece. Polarguard is amazing in terms of lightwieght warm insulation that compresses. One thing no one has mentioned yet is that the inside pocket is designed as a stuff sack - jacket packs into that pocket. Warmth is nice, would be good down to about 25 deg. F if wearing something long sleeve underneath. If the jacket were a few inches longer, it would be great. But as it stands, the cut makes it near unuseable for most people.
