“Wanted a pair of waterproof pants for the rainy dog walking mornings. I don't need high tech ski gear, or other outdoor wear. I wanted them to be inexpensive. I am not sure how well these will function as I have not had the opportunity to wear them in the rain yet. They don't seem waterproof. They are only nylon. They are lightweight, but if water seeps through, I will be unhappy.”
