    Poor directions. Only written step by step. They need pics or diagrams then written explanations. I tried to set it up the first time without the fly and became confused by the directions. Once I set it up though it proves to be a very functional tent. Enough room and covered storage outside the entrance. Very durable. I expect this to last some time.

    My first trip was to Burney Falls California for three days in early August. On the second day it rained with heavy lightning and thunder through the night. I was dry and comfotable all night.

    The weight is a big problem for my intended use. Uncertain if I will keep this, as I can not use this tent for self-supported bicycle touring. Would be great for car camping. Was interested in the ability to set up in the wet and have a dry tent.
