Reviewed by traci from CA on Tuesday, December 3, 2013it's difficult to keep the bottle open and drink from it. you have to hold it open and pulled out with your teeth as your drinking from it. the opening shuts easily.
Reviewed by Hi Expectations from Ohio on Wednesday, October 2, 2013I've tried the suggestion of aligning the dots on the sport top but that doesn't appear to be the cause of the leakage from around the cap. There is some seepage when the bottle is placed on its side, plus additional water runs out when I take off the wide mouth top. It requires vigilance to keep from wetting whatever gets in the way. I'd say the plastic lid hits before the gasket can compress. Looks like I will be returning it.
Reviewed by Cosmo/backpacker/commercial/Navy pilot from Sierra Nevadaf on Sunday, August 25, 2013Have been using Sigg for years. Bulletproof stuff. Not made in China. Inside coating impervious to flavors. Wide mouth great for adding ice, cleaning, and accepts off brand tops/adaptors such as for STERIPEN water purifiers. Top does not leak or drip. Great for car, bike, hiking, travel. Don't put in dishwasher as high heat can affect the color coating. Not insulated but lots of commercial rubber/insulators out there for that if you like.
Reviewed by Anne E from salt lake city, ut on Sunday, August 4, 2013a good size for in town use-or where water for refills is available. This sport top fits the wide mouth 1 L bottles also. YEA. At first I thought the sport cap leaked, BUT you have to turn it all the way till it clicks, so the tiny little black dots line up. Then it doesn't leak.
