I've just started to use this system while working out. I am not sure about it's accuracy with calorie burn. Also, it would be good if it was easier to read. Overall, I like it but still trying to figure it all out and maximize it's potential.

As indicated by others, the menu system takes a little while to learn. With that said, I like the features that are included. I especially like the tracking of percent time spent in each of the 3 training zones that are provided. I also like the memory that allows you to recall past training sessions. The chest strap is comfortable and it comes with standard CR-2032 batteries that are user replaceable. When not using the HRM the watch display is laid out nicely as well. I'd give it five starts if it weren't for the somewhat cumbersome menu system.

There were not any instructions as to how to even set the watch time, let alone figure out the instructions for setting up all of the detailed workout programs. This was a first devise of this type, so maybe it was fine for somebody that has programed these things before, but not user friendly for a 1st timer.

The watch has very nice features with training zones, walking test, etc. However, after using it for a couple of weeks, I finally gave up and returned the unit --- The dial is too hard to read if your older (I'm 54). I could not figure out how to use it just to read you HR (without entering a trainging zone)- I'm an engineer. Finally, it kept losing the HR in the middle of a run. The Polar RS100 is a much better watch for my purposes for the same general price and much easier to use. It has a much larger display, better backlignt and has not lost the HR once.
