They make wearing a short sleeve shirt an option for fishing in the tropics or further south. I could wear a light polo for the morning, then pull these out of the boat bag and be covered while the sun was overhead. Great idea, great execution. Love 'em

We live in the tropics so its hot and humid every day. He absolutely loves it and is looking to get another pair. He says its a lot more comfortable than wearing a long sleeve shirt. He's about 5'5" and a medium build for his height and the S/M fits him well.

They have snaps in the top edge also. I don't have any shirts with snaps on the sleeves; but a good idea I guess.
I also like the strange looks I get when wearing them. They keep my arms cool and protected from the sun. -

I am 5'10" 150 pounds and would not want them any shorter, though I do not consider them too short. The cut for the wrist is a nice touch that improves fit & coverage, especially with a glove.

Of course a man's short sleeves are usually longer than a woman's sleeves so will just choose the right type of shirt to wear this with. I do have long arms for my size. Fabric and color are nice, not bulky, elastic is comfortable on skin.
