I am a tall woman (5'10", 150 lbs.) and find the men's small shirts have the sleeve and body length that I need. The fabric feels great on your skin and is very comfortable. Simms shirts last forever, so I rarely need a new shirt, but I like this fabric so much I have purchased several in the past two years.
