Fabric - wow this is the best fleece purchased (SOFT!) Cut - a bit oversized not like the Simms SL though. Very warm. Supreme details (zippered chest pockets)

This jacket handles New England weather. I wear it under a shell and it has kept me warm. It's lightweight and my mobility is not hampered in any way.....Nice deal from STP.

This is a great jacket when it's windy and cold. Not too heavy and bulky.

I have several fleeces. This is the lightest in weight and the most stylish. Nice enough for any situation that does not require a sport coat or suit. The fabric is stiff for fleece, though I don't know why. It might loosen up with washing. It is very wind resistant, but also doesn't seem to breathe as well as other wind resistant fleeces I've had. Part of that could be the nice snug cuffs and hem - most others have lose cuffs, some also have a loose hem. Chest pockets for storage AND handwarmer pockets are very nice. Nice cut (I'm average build) and EXCELLENT stitching.
