“We're using two bags for Petzl Vasak crampons, which don't fit the bags Petzl markets, or at least don't fit loosely enough to prevent premature wear of the bag. They fit these bags just fine with point protectors. There is sufficient provision for lashing the bags to a pack, and the bags seem solid enough in construction to give years of service.”
