I live in northern Wisconsin, and this coat is perfect for most winter days...heavy enough to handle 10 - 30 degree temps and wind. The tailoring and fabric are beautiful -- make me feel a bit elegant even when I'm taking a hike, going to the grocery, or walking the dog.

The jackets are quite fit and acceptable to their sale price.

I 100% agree with the reviews. I also bought the red with the black zipper. I am also between a 10 and 12 and the ten fits perfect. Sleeves are particularly comfortable as the cotton band is long enough to cover the whole wrist. It is SO comfortable and will be warm for our northern winters! It is stylish and actually has a very soft feel. I just love it. This is my second Skea jacket. I loved the first and it wore so well. If you love down to keep you warm but don't like too much bulk....this is a perfect jacket for you. I couldn't be happier.

I will use this jacket to keep warm during the winter months. This is my third Skea jacket over the years and nothing keeps me warmer! I purchased the red which is a very nice shade with the black zipper. The black and white lining looks great and not overwhelming. The cuffs on the arms are warm and cover my whole wrist area very comfortably. I was surprised by the comfort! For a down jacket it is very stylish and slimming as down can sometimes just make you look too "poofy". The hood is roomy yet stays on my head easily and is adjustable to keep the cold and wind out on a blustery day. The size is a comfortable fit. I can fall anywhere between a 10 or a 12 due to broader shoulders but this 10 fits perfect wearing a turtleneck and light sweater under the jacket. As you can tell I am thrilled. Skea is a durable jacket and this is a great price for a jacket I know will last and keep me warm...and looks good!

I bought this jacket to compliment my Skea cargo insulated ski pants, and the price was great. The Coral color is not pink and I didn't want red, so it's a bit different which I like. I will wear this skiing in New England and while I expect it to be warm, not sure how it will handle the cold winds. I love the look. It is not constricting but not too puffy. The hood would not fit over a ski helmet, but I never do that anyway and I think I will likely just take it off since it's detachable. I own one other Skea jacket and love it, and I'm looking forward to trying out my whole new skea outfit, pants and now this jacket.
