If you wear a 13 with sneakers, then you should get the 12 in these boots. I love them because they give you a western feel while you are cushioned with every heel. The back is a bit close to your heel on the inside of the shoe but it will quickly break in. The gum bottom on these allows you to be slip resistant to a great extent.
