The skirt fits perfectly (size small - I usually wear size 4/6). I plan to use it for running over compression shorts/tights/capris and for biking over cycling shorts.

    • Answer No it doesn't. Most of the skirts from Skirt Sports do, but not this one. Actually, I consider that a plus. I can wear capris or shorts under depending on the weather.
