Skirt Sports Marathon-Girl Skirt (For Women)

I was looking for a running skirt to wear over compression shorts (just to add some modesty). This is definitely it. It is very lightweight, and the fabric doesn't cling. While the inner briefs might not be enough worn on their own, this skirt is PERFECT with a pair of compression shorts underneath. Length wasn't a big issue for me, as the shorts I wear usually come down farther than the skirt.

I loved the colors and fabric of this skirt. The briefs inside the skirt were uncomfortable and seemed like they would crawl up. I cannot imagine wearing this skirt for a marathon. I think I would be racing for the finish line just to rip the poor fitting briefs off.

I've had this skirt for a while, ran several races in it, including a marathon. I would highly recommend sizing up. I wear an XL.... while in other pants I am a size 8/medium. I am also 5' 9" and you have to wear it low so that it is long enough. but, wow, it is comfortable.

The skirt is great for a run, but long enough to stop in the store and not feel too exposed. It works as a cover skirt for a bathing suit, too.

I'd been wanting to try a running skirt for a while and had heard great things about this line. I was more than disappointed when the skirt arrived as the material as nothing more than mesh. It fit wonderfully, but was sheer and see thru. It was shorter than I expected and I felt like my bum was hanging out and exposed. I did give it a try running and it rode up continuously... so not only was I wearing a really short skirt, but it kept riding up and really exposing me. This one was a true disappointment and was sent back. I order the skirt in the black color and was just surprised that the whole skirt was made of a sheer mesh and not actual fabric.

I am not sure if this is a "real skirt sport" running skirt or a knock off, but I am not sure how the spankies can be too big and not cover my rear at the same time. The fabric is see through as described by others. I got black which does not seem like a big deal but if you are "hanging out in the front and the back" it is an issue. I wish it fit better because I like how the fabric feels and it definitely lets your skin breath.

Reviews were both pro & con: I found the skirt to be awesome for warm weather. Skorts are too warm. I live in VERY windy region, but this skirt stayed in place in high wind... must be A-Line cut w/ side panels. Thighs rub w/ no chaffing as others indicated. I would buy this again.

Love running in this skirt, beats running shorts any day! No chaffing, lightweight and tons of compliments!

This is my first running skirt, and I love it. I DON'T like the 'compression shorts' that a lot of brands put in their skorts, so I was happy to find this type with just a running brief inside. I am 5'4" and weigh in at around 125, and I think a medium would have fit me best. However, I'm wearing a large because I wanted it in black, and it's working fine as well. I wear fairly short shorts when I run anyway (I'm running a marathon next week), so the complaints about it being too short didn't bother me, and I'm glad I ordered it! Will likely get more as they become available.

Cute skirt but it is short so for those who feel comfortable with showing some leg.
