I am losing weight but at 5ft 4in and 180ibs, I could wear it out most definitely. I'm a pear shape so the bust is flattering and the whole thing kind of holds you in. It would be modest by the pool or beach, walking, jogging or running into a convenience store. It's pretty sexy too in an athletic sort of way. This is a great company- I wear their "happy girl" skirt when I jog (XL) and I've never looked so good exercising. I don't even wear my 'modesty jacket' tied around my waist to hide my backside with that skirt or with this dress.
