According to the size chart I should have been a medium with room to spare. The medium just fits if I wear nothing under it. I was also hoping it would be warmer, there is no insulating properties (that's my fault for not reading carefully) it's just a little heavier weight polyester. The cut is cute and flattering but the sleeves are monkey arm long and the pockets, while present, are lacking in quality. And the pocket on the sleeve? All you can fit in there is an ipod shuffle, don't think your phone will fit. I bought it to get embroidered so I'll be keeping it, but even with a heavy discount I paid too much.

I wore this for a half marathon 2 weeks ago, about 40 degrees that morning, and it kept me warm while running. I put my phone in the phone pocket, gels in the zipper pocket, and was good to go. No race belt or annoying phone armband! Plus compliments on the shirt for cuteness. I bought another in the other print.
