SmartWool Adrenaline Socks - Merino Wool (For Men)

I ordered multiple pairs of these socks to use on my upcoming 18 day trek in Mt. Rainier National Park on the Wonderland Trail. I was sorely disappointed by their fit and size when they arrived. They were advertised as mid-weight and calf length but seem to be quite a bit thinner than I would have expected for a mid-weight and much shorter by at least 2" than I expected. In lieu of sending them back they were quickly grabbed up by my girlfriend since they fit her foot much better. I ordered the size large as I wear a size 10 1/2 boot consistantly. My girlfriend wears a women's 9 1/2 - 10 - and they seem to work for her.

excellent wicking and cushioning. happy feet! any shoe size larger than size 11, get size larger than "large" size socks.

I like wool on my feet(as opposed to cotton)and these socks are comfortable.

I bought these for my 10 day trip to Costa Rica. I have been using them daily before the trip. They are a great sock, very comfortable and fit my foot well. Highly recommend!!!

A nice fitting comfortable sock. Smartwool makes one of the best socks on the market. I highly recommend them and Bridgedale.

You can't beat smartwool - great quality, great reliability.

Very comfortable, however after just two weeks and a couple of 12 hour travel days in them, a hole is starting to develop where two of the seems come together on top of the foot. It may not be a big deal, but if the hole grows they will become an expensive dust rag.

great sock for all and good enough to wear to work if you have to go.

I have used these socks for all occasions in the fall/winter, but they make perfect winter running socks. I ran in them just the other day in 6" of snow. They kept my feet warm and dry.
