They are especially tight in the leg/cuff and therefore hard to get on (and my little one doesn't have chunky legs). Tightness aside, the weight of these are great and they are not nearly as bulky some of the other winter socks from Smartwool. They are warm but not too thick and fit well in shoes, slippers,
