The slippers are very well made and far sturdier than I expected from just looking at it online. I bought it for my wife and she really likes the overall comfort and fit. I would say it is true to size and the inside footpad is able to be taken out for either cleaning or replacement if it is not to your liking. The only issue is that the heel actually catches on the back lip where we would have expected a completely slip in or out experience. All in all a great product though and would recommend it!

When I first put the slippers on, I thought I would send them back. They seemed to flop off since they don't have a back..BUT, I wore them around and now I am never without them in the house. Great sole that I can run outdoors with but mostly they are the best slippers that I've ever had. True to size.

I like the fact that these slippers do not have a stiff sole and are not completely flat-a type of footwear that I can't wear. I do think that the European sizing should have been listed as I bought a size 5 and discovered that I would have ordered a 6 had I known that it was a Euro 36 which is what I usually wear. The 5 Euro 35 I just squeeze into--I'm expecting the boiled wool to stretch a bit so I kept them. Great for lounging and are of high quality as well as being quite attractive.

Great price, super slippers. Extremely comfortable with or without socks. Warm, without overheating. If having a quiet slipper is important to you, these totally fit the bill, and they are cute, too! After wearing out the insoles of my beloved Acorn slippers, I decided to try the Smartwool slippers. The sole is felt, so I have not worn these out of the house - not even to the mailbox. I am not marking that as a 'con', since I was aware of it prior to purchasing. If having a indoor/outdoor sole (rubber) is important to you in a slipper, this might not be your first choice.

    • Answer Probably not beyond getting the morning paper. They have soft felt under the rubbery sole. I wouldn't take them camping. It wouldn't be pleasant if they got wet.
