Warm under a skirt, and the design is really great. Easy care too, machine washable and dryable. I'm 5'3", about 130 lbs and the size medium fit just fine. I don't wear short skirts with these so the thigh-high design isn't an issue.

I was expecting cute printed versions of the Leggins. NO. These are rib knitted very rough, not stretchy, fit weird and SMALL. I am at the bottom of the "size range" of the Large and they barely fit. I felt like I was going to break them when I got them on, I had weird bulges in my thighs, and they were miserable material. I would return them but after the coupon it wasn't worth the postage, not to mention that I got ZINGED last month by 'returning too many things." so I quit getting coupons for a while. Don't get them. Very bad product.

I'm a little dissapointed, they are nice tights, warm, not hot, the legs are thick enough that they won't easily snag. Just wish the panty part was better quality.
