Reviewed by sen from west Sacramento on Tuesday, March 12, 2013I think the seams are smooth. Doesn't seemed ti bother my skin. It looks good have to wash and then wear it for comfort. Fabric seems tight weave so will not lint. Should be an excellent base layer that will last using my active cycle foe washing and hang out to dry.

I'm trying to decide between these ones, icebreaker ones, silk ones, or silk-wool blend ones. Primarily interested in weight of them. Answer Hmmm. I consider myself a long underwear expert although not a skinny jeans expert. These are quite form-fitting, depending on the size you get. I think the biggest problem would be if they aren't low enough in the rise. Silk is definitely thinner but the ones they sell here have even higher waists.

Answer These are mid-weight base layer they will be to thick. I would think that #4238R RedRam by Icebreaker Merino Wool Base Layer Leggings may be a better option they are a lightweight layer.
