Have not had it long, but so far very nice. I wandered through some brush with it as my outer (only) layer and saw no problems with durability. Very soft. Fits about as expected. Did not shrink after first wash.

Ok. It obviously have thumb holes, which I hate I realize now, but that's my fault. My real issue with this is that it is extremely baggy, my Midweight XL fits much more snug than this in a Large. It almost defeats the purpose of a base layer, but I like the Lightweight because of its weight (California). It's pretty ugly if you happen to be wearing it around. The Midweight I got (Same title, but midweight) was very handsome, one solid color, this one looks like you are wearing it backwards or inside out no matter which way you put it on. The lines are bad, they just look tacky, Luckily it's hid under other layers. I give it a high rating because it is smartwool quality, no rips or tears yet and I wear it a lot, but for looks I'd give it one star if they'd let me. It's baggy, and ugly.

I bought this for my husband to wear as a base layer for golf when it is cold. He could do without the thumb hooks but the rest is good. It is warm and does not itch.
