Verified Buyer Reviewed by Alex from Alaska on Thursday, September 24, 2015These are great and soft. 9yr old daughter loves them.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Vicki from Alberta on Tuesday, June 30, 2015Very nice quality product, but the fit is small. Would return, but it's not worth it to me (I live in Canada, and the shipping is expensive).
Verified Buyer Reviewed by ktcalifornia from california on Wednesday, June 10, 2015I didn't listen to the other reviews, mainly because my son is skinny so I thought a Large might fit him. No way. Tiny. Had to go back. I was bummed because the shirt itself is so nice and obviously SmartWool quality. If your child is 6 or 7 years old and not on the husky side the Large might fit.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Buddur from W PA on Friday, May 22, 2015I've been replacing all my synthetic with natural fiber baselayer material, not only because the material is more comfortable and doesn't hold a funk...also because it's a natural fiber and not synthetic. I can't help but wonder if it's better to have a natural fiber against your skin as opposed to a synthetic petroleum-based product. That's why I'm buying wool (and cotton) clothing for my kids, because I know it performs just and good and even better than synthetic and I think it's the better choice of the two.
Reviewed by mmelo from HK on Friday, February 14, 2014The cloth is good, soft & ware but the sleeves are too long for kids
Answer If you hover your mouse over or click on the sizes the corresponding numeric size will be displayed.
Answer Unless the boy is very petite, I would go with a womens XS or S. My 12 year old boy barely fits in the Kids XL because that size is too small and he is not more than an average sized 12 year old. Look up the womens sizing and see what your 14 year old matches. I am back on STP to buy him a womans x-small to replace the Boys XL.
