5.0 out of 5 stars. Stupid Good!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Louisiana on Thursday, November 13, 2014This shirt is quite warm, and the wife thinks it looks good on me. Wore it for a weekend of hunting in 40 degree weather and it was quite comfortable.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Excellent ProductVerified Buyer Reviewed by Cy from Harrisburg, PA on Monday, October 27, 2014I purchased these to be my everything shirts-from aggressive fall/winter/spring mountain biking to a night out on the town. They work for it all. I am 6'2" and 220 pounds, athletic build, no belly. I bought an XL to get the length in the sleeves. Thankfully, even the XL is not cut too wide. On my arms it fits rather like a baselayer; in the body it is a bit looser. This is nice because it allows me to wear it as either a baselayer or over a t-shirt if I am wearing it as a top-layer on days in the 50's.
The wool is pre-shrunk, and will not shrink up on you if you follow the care instructions on the label. I do not dry them all the way, however, and I find that you can stretch the sleeves out a bit longer if you desire. The wool will also shrink up a bit while you are sweating in it during hard exertion, giving the garmet some dynamic properties. Fits well, looks good, wool is very soft, and very nice quality! I bought two. -
5.0 out of 5 stars. Exactly what I expected!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Jhet from Wisco on Friday, October 24, 2014Fits close to the body, but not too close. I am 6' 3" 210lbs ( I bought a large) and it's a great base layer for cycling in Wisconsin. Have a feeling I will need to buy one or two more of these.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Smartwool Midweight "250" ZipVerified Buyer Reviewed by Tim P. from Rochester, NY on Wednesday, October 1, 2014This is an outstanding base or mid layer. It is very light, and extremely soft. This is not your grandad's wool sweater. I highly recommend SmartWool products. I normally wear a large and the large fit perfect. NTS (Next To Skin) is more form fitting but not like the compression or FIT that you may have tried with Sporting clothes. Excellent quality, excellent purchase! I also bought the Micro 150, equally as impressive. I wore it on an overnight camp & hike recently. Night temp was 50 degrees (F), day was 60 - 65 (F). I was warm at night, and cool in the day. Of course when the sun was full it was warm so the sleeves went up, alll in all very comfortable.
