Standard (e.g. Awesome) Smartwool quality and fit - for those who like a taller cuff. Fits well in all cycling shoes (road, MTB, spinning/casual). Good temperature control due to it being 65% wool even during the heat of the summer. May need thicker socks during the winter even here in San Diego but... Read More

Verified Buyer Reviewed by Yooper Jim from Ironwood MI on Thursday, August 4, 2016You can expect this sock to fit inside a snug cycling shoe. It should be adequate for warmth above 55*F That's the beauty of wool: wicking warmth beyond synthetic cycle socks.
Reviewed by Anon from Colorado on Friday, April 29, 2016I didnt think id ever write a sock review, but when one failed after 5 wears, thats pretty remarkable. All my other smartwool, gold toe in same size etc seem to be fine, just this pair blew out both toes after 5 days. No thanks.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Eagle Dad from San Diego, CA on Monday, February 8, 2016I expected these socks to be thicker. Nowhere in STP's description does it say these socks are ultralight. I expected these socks to be at least "Light." Returns are not worth the hassle, time or money.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by wetzlarfan from S.E. PA on Tuesday, January 5, 2016No sign of any blemish, typical top-drawer Smartwool quality, but when they say Ultralight, they mean it. My feet swim in my shoes when I'm wearing these, but then, I'm not cycling so maybe cyclists expect this.
