Reviewed by Bundog from Minnesota on Wednesday, December 4, 2013I was afraid these may be a little itchy being wool. I could not be more wrong and delighted with this purchase! Perfect pair of leggings to wear this winter!
Reviewed by Truly from Asheville, NC on Tuesday, December 3, 2013These tights have a variety of textures, which seem to work well together, providing breathability where needed and blocking the wind elsewhere, just as described. The waist band is super comfortable, and the overall look is not skin tight. I think I'll get a lot of use out of these on the colder days when I get out. I don't think they'd work well as leggings under street clothes, but as the outdoor active wear they are, they're wonderful. Great STP price helps a lot! Still somewhat expensive, but not too much for the high quality they offer.

Reviewed by PumpkinPony from Kentuckiana on Saturday, November 30, 2013Great for cycling, which is what I bought them for. The waist isn't horribly tight like some of the jogging/cycling tights I've tried. These are heavy enough to bike in the low 30's without getting uncomfortably cold. I normally wear M, and ordered a M. They fit great but a little loose around the ankles, not enough to bother me though.
Reviewed by Bug from northern michigan on Saturday, November 23, 2013I was expecting a wool pantihose product ad so was pleasantly surprised that these were much more substantial and functional than that. Great zip pocket in the back, zippers at both leg bottoms and a cool asymmetrical pattern on the legs. I am 5 4-1/2 about 117 pounds and usually take a 6-8 in women's clothing. I ordered a size Medium ( I hate really tight clothes) and the tights are probably more to the size 8, which is just what i wanted. thanks Smart Wool for another great product and Sierra Traders for bringing it into my price range!
