Comfortable socks, no bunching, no lint after taking them off. My "everyday" smartwool women's socks leave lots of lint on my feet after taking them off, the Outdoor socks do not. I wear a 9.5-10 womens shoes and took the large.

Folks, if all we wanted was white or black, we would order only white and black, wearing blue jeans calls for a navy sock, The 4 desgree system provides support to the instep. design is subtle, unlike several others I bought!

Fantastic standalone sock. I'm never going back to poly liners and wool outers. I tried this out on an expedition with a heavy strap sandle, and in the warm of the day it breathed well, but when we got hit by a surprise snow storm, it insulated and kept my feet surprisingly comfortable. Definitely buying more when they get my size in again.

I wear these with light hiking shoes. They wick sweat beautifully, don't chafe, and don't develop trail funk. Excellent all around sock.

Since I started wearing merino wool I have a hard time wearing cotton socks. The only obvious 2nd quality is the large "Irregular" printed on the socks.

Well, they're socks... But if they're anything like other smartwool products, they'll last for years. One thing to note, the word "irregular" is printed on the bottom/sole of the sock.
