SmartWool PhD Outdoor Medium Socks - Merino Wool (For Men and Women)

Love these socks! I use them every time I ski and they've never let me down. I did try to sleep in them once, and I don't recommend it unless you get cold easily. They were a little too warm for that.

I havebought 8-10 pairs of smartwool socks over the years. all were good except one had the elastic go out. but one of these is threadbare at the seam in the toes. They are labeled irregular but these are going to have a hole quickly.

My kids bought me a pair for Christmas. I love them so much I bought four more pair online. They're an expensive purchase, but a great product.

You know you're dealing with something different than a pack of white socks. They appear to be worth the invesment.

SOCKS WERE IN GREAT CONDITION... COULD NOT SEE WHY THEY WERE SECONDS. I WEAR WOOL SOCKS YEAR ROUND DUE TO A MEDICAL CONDITION, CONSEQUENTLY I ORDER LOTS OF SOCKS, THESE ARE THE BEST I HAVE ORDERED IN 3 YEARS. SUPER GLAD I ORDERED 3 PAIR AT THE SALE PRICE!

Socks are durable and perfect for any outdoor activity.

I ordered these originally for gifts. I knew that the socks were seconds but did not expect a stamped word "imperfections" on the sole of the foot. Fortunately, I decided to keep for myself and that word is washing out. I don't know why these were seconds as there appears to be nothing technically wrong with these socks. However, I wouldn't give as gifts with that word or similar on them. Would be nice to have further accurate info in the description.

I use this sock for hiking and trail running. It's a great fit!

I wear these socks everyday. Good cushioning but not bulky. No bunching or sliding down. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is b/c I think the heels wear out fairly quickly. But overall great product!
