I buy a pair or two of these every time I order from STP for my boyfriend--we are working hard to build up his collection of SmartWool too.
He loves them for running, and sometimes wears them under his soccer socks for the added support.
I'll never have anything bad to say about these socks. The short cuff is extra nice, too.
