    SmartWool socks are wonderful! They fit snugly, so my feet don't blister when I'm hiking. They provide excellent cushioning. I was skeptical about these socks because I find wool scratchy. While the socks are a bit scratchy to the touch, they don't scratch when I'm wearing them. They keep my feet dry and comfortable. And you can machine wash and DRY these things. I've worn these socks in the Amazon and they were great even in the heat. I can't recommend them highly enough.
